Is each business rule uniquely identifiable, either by a short descriptive name or by a number  
Is each business rule stated clearly  
Is each business rule understandable  
Is there only one possible interpretation of each business rule  
Is the context or subject of each business rule completely clear  
Is each business rule both unambiguous and understandable  
Are the business rules defined using consistent and correctly used language as defined in the Business Modeling Guidelines
