From 3.2 to 4.0

Release 4.0 involves some major restructuring of this plug-in to fit into the Rational Method Composer environment.  All of the roles and work products (artifacts) that existed in prior versions of this plug-in have been removed.  They have been replaced by guidance contributed to the applicable tasks in RUP.  This allows this plug-in to be included in the Classic RUP configuration, without confusing teams using Classic RUP who are not doing J2EE development.

From 3.1 to 3.2

The release 3.2 is the result of the adaptation of the J2EE plug-in to J2EE 1.4. As the main changes of this new J2EE version are related to the support of web services, this is reflected in the current version of the plug-in.

From 3.0 to 3.1

Minor copyedits only.

From 2.0 to 3.0

Release 3.0 contains relatively few changes. Changes consist primarily of look and feel and structure changes to accommodate changes to the underlying RUP process.

Some new tool mentors were added for new activities and to describe new deployment features in XDE.
