The following are some recommendations and options for informally representing a Risk List.
Recommendation: Use a Requirements Management Tool or Spreadsheet
Even in a small project, tools that allow risks requests to be sorted by priority or status are useful.
Tools built specifically for managing changes, such Rational® RequisitePro®, are good options. A simple spreadsheet may
also suffice.
